Parliament questions Mangaung’s 38 municipal appointments before elections
Parliament’s Cogta committee has questioned the timing of 38 advertised posts in Mangaung ahead of South Africa’s 4 November local government elections. The municipality says it will defer final appointments until the new council is constituted.
