High Court summons IG Douglas Kanja to explain disappearance of Tanzanian activist
Justice Alexander Muteti ordered Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja to appear before the High Court on November 3 to account for the whereabouts of missing Tanzanian activist Twaha Mwaipaya.
