N1 City Mall ordered to pay full damages after woman slips on melted ice cream
The Western Cape High Court has overturned a finding that a shopper was 20% responsible for her 2014 fall at N1 City Mall, holding the mall’s owners, managing agent and cleaning contractor liable for 100% of her proven damages.
