Hawks commander Deena Govender asks court to declare IPID search warrant unlawful
Govender's application comes after his testimoy at the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, where he says he was called to testify following allegations made against him by Len Barnabas John, an IPID official who had previously testified before the commission.
