Ster-Kinekor dismissed as Labour Court orders reinstatement of employee fired for eating popcorn
The Labour Court has upheld a CCMA finding that Ster-Kinekor unfairly dismissed employee Yvonne Mogano after failing to prove that tasting popcorn breached a known workplace rule.
