Police arrest 40-year-old man with 91 parcels of suspected Indian hemp at Circle
The Ghana Police Service has arrested a 40-year-old man, Roger Borbobli, after allegedly finding 91 parcels of substances suspected to be Indian hemp in his possession at the VIP Bus Terminal at Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.
