KZN projects R7.2bn reduction in over-expenditure, says finance MEC
KwaZulu-Natal Finance MEC Francois Rodgers says tighter spending controls have reduced projected provincial over-expenditure from R9.7 billion to R2.5 billion, while departments continue to face pressure from employee costs, accruals and infrastructure commitments.
