Company director sentenced for defrauding SARS of nearly R1 million
A Gauteng company, Hanson Distribution CC and its director, Hanson Ntjangase, have been sentenced for defrauding SARS of R993 330 through fraudulent VAT returns, with Ntjangase agreeing to testify against other suspects allegedly involved in the scheme.
