City of Cape Town vows to oppose SAHRC interdict over 49 municipal properties
The SAHRC is seeking to stop the transfer of 49 City-owned properties pending a review, alleging failures involving housing, spatial justice, public participation and municipal-asset disposal. Cape Town says the application is politicised and will oppose it.
