Woman accused of hitting ex-husband loses claim to his R5.2 million pension fund
The Limpopo High Court ordered a woman to forfeit her claim to her former husband’s GEPF pension interest after considering their short marriage, the breakdown of the relationship and the unequal value of their pension interests.
