Spiritual Science Society donates supplies to Koforidua Prison
The Director-General of the Spiritual Science Society and SS Consultancy Services, Lord Ackkham Rebakham, has donated foodstuffs, toiletries and drinking water to support the welfare of inmates at the Koforidua Prison. The donation is intended to help meet the daily needs of inmates and ease some of the operational challenges facing the facility. Presenting the items, Lord Rebakham emphasised the importance of compassion and corporate social responsibility, saying society had a role to play in supporting people in custody. He said adequate support and rehabilitation were essential to helping inmates prepare for their eventual reintegration into society.
