Public sector workers to receive 9% pay increase in 2027
Public sector workers in Ghana will receive a 9% increase in total remuneration from January 1, 2027, following an agreement between the government and Organised Labour. The adjustment comprises an 8% increase in base pay and an additional 1% allocation towards conditions of service.
