Nulane corruption case involving Gupta-linked associates postponed to January 2027
The corruption case involving businessman Iqbal Sharma, former Free State agriculture officials and Gupta-linked associates has been postponed to January 20, 2027, following the Supreme Court of Appeal’s decision to overturn their acquittal in the Nulane Investments case.
