Broad majority in Danish parliament in favour of 'turbo chicken' ban
'Turbo chickens', chickens raised with as little as three hours a day of darkness and fattened to the extent that they can no longer walk, should be banned, according to Denmark's Minister for Nature and Animal Welfare, Christian Rabjerg Madsen.
