Court dismisses LPC bid to appeal ruling in favour of UK lawyer seeking SA admission
The Western Cape High Court has refused the Legal Practice Council leave to appeal a ruling that Emer Anne Musselwhite’s UK law degrees, combined with her South African legal training, meet the academic requirements for admission as an advocate.
