Amit Segal: Voter turnout at Islamic Movement strongholds the highest
Political commentator Amit Segal addressed the high voter turnout in strongholds of the Southern Faction of the Islamic Movement, arguing that it was the result of Mansour Abbas's early preparations for the elections. According to Segal, voter turnout in these strongholds is among the highest in the country. Segal noted that the phenomenon is unusual even by international standards, with the poorest segment of society recording exceptionally high voter turnout. He added that, as of the time of his report, turnout in these areas was even higher than in the Haredi sector.
