Israelis spent NIS 731.33 million using payment cards between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Election Day, an increase of 37.5% compared to the same hours on Election Day in 2022, according to data from payment processing company SHVA reported by Amalia Duek on Channel 12 News. Peak activity was recorded at 12:40 p.m., when more than 15,500 transactions were carried out in a single minute, totaling NIS 3.61 million.
