Creecy plans RAF law changes after court ruling on foreign nationals’ claims
Transport Minister Barbara Creecy says her department is reviewing the Road Accident Fund (RAF) legislative dispensation to ensure the financial sustainability of the Fund. The review will also remove reference to the phrase “any person” from the RAF law.
