Brazil election: Lula on course to win another term as President
Incumbent Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is expected to win another term after widening his lead over his rival in the second round of the presidential election. With 96% of the votes counted, Lula has received 51.73% of the vote, compared to 48.27% for Senator Flávio Bolsonaro, the son of former President Jair Bolsonaro.
