Woodstock residents battle sewer blockages and foul smells for nearly five years
Woodstock residents say recurring sewer blockages, foul odours and rat concerns have affected their homes for nearly five years. The City says the pipeline is privately owned, but can intervene where there is a health or environmental risk.
