[New Times] As President Paul Kagame marks his 69th birthday on October 23, 2026, I offer Him warm wishes for good health, strength, peace and many more years of fulfilment with his family and the people he so diligently serves. This anniversary is also an occasion to reflect on the responsibilities he assumed while still young, and on what that journey can teach younger Africans in general and Rwandans in particular.
