GrabFood rider touched after boy gives him N95 masks: 'This is what my customers can do'
A GrabFood rider shared on social media about an act of kindness he encountered while making a delivery this hazy season.Facebook user Shawn Lim posted a short video on Sunday (Oct 18) saying how he had just completed a GrabFood delivery to a condominium resident when he was stopped by the customer's son.The boy handed the rider a pack of N95 masks and said: "Wear it now because it's so hazy."Lim shared that he "very touched" by the gesture as he had wanted to get some N95 masks for himself."This is really thoughtful of them. This is what my customers can do," said Lim in the video. He also said that delivering food and groceries in the current haze climate has been "brutal", with many food delivery riders in Singapore experiencing sore throats and stinging eyes.
