Court orders Dubhe Secure Parking owner to leave over millions in unpaid rent
The Western Cape High Court confirmed the cancellation of Gadija Vallie’s lease after rental arrears of more than R6 million and ordered her and anyone occupying under her to vacate the Cape Town premises by 20 November 2026.
