KZN MEC removes Mandeni councillor after probe finds code breaches
Mandeni councillor Lungile Mthembu has been removed from office with immediate effect after an investigation found multiple serious breaches of the Code of Conduct for Councillors. Mthembu was given an opportunity to respond but did not submit a response.
