Kenyan banks’ tax contribution tops Sh200 billion in 2025, KBA reports

The Kenya Bankers Association says the banking sector paid Sh205.58 billion in taxes in 2025, a 5.53 percent rise and the first time contributions have exceeded Sh200 billion.
