Amsons Group to buy Oryx Energies’ Tanzanian downstream assets in $230 million deal
Tanzanian family‑owned Amsons Group agreed on 16 October to acquire Oryx Energies’ downstream business in Tanzania for over US$230 million, creating the region’s largest independent fuel player.
