Armenian PM dismisses protocol chief after mistakenly calling Kyrgyz president Kazakh
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has dismissed Gagik Vanoyan, head of the State Protocol Service, following a mistake he made during a press conference with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
