Court of Appeal halts former NAFCO boss’s trial over charge sheet challenge
The Court of Appeal has halted the trial of former Chief Executive Officer of the National Food and Buffer Stock Company (NAFCO), Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba, pending the determination of his appeal challenging the charge sheet.
