Hom Yoga to close for good after Valley Point redevelopment, Orchard Central exit
A popular yoga studio in Singapore will shutter for good after its final outlet closes next year.The last day of operations of its studio at Valley Point Shopping Centre is March 21, 2027.The announcement comes following redevelopment plans for the mall in River Valley, Hom Yoga said in a social media post on Saturday (Oct 17)."Following news of Valley Point's upcoming redevelopment, we explored many alternatives to start again," the yoga studio wrote."However, between rising costs and the tight timeline, we have chosen to wrap up our journey with intention, care, and transparency."In a FAQ posted on the same day, Hom Yoga said that customers with existing class packages or memberships can continue to practise with the studio until its last day.Those who wish to end their membership earlier, however, should provide notice over e-mail seven days before their next billing cycle.As for whether Hom Yoga might reopen in future, the studio expressed uncertainty, saying that they wish to focus on the remaining time they have with customers.
