Parliament slams CETA bursary delays and R914 million overspend
The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training has raised concerns about CETA’s failure to award bursaries on time, its financial management and lack of consequence management, warning that funding delays disrupted students’ studies and put their qualifications at risk.
