Deloitte's Cyprus operations helped produce financial accounts that concealed hundreds of millions of dollars in assets belonging to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich and allegedly facilitated a tax evasion scheme involving falsified documents, according to an investigation by BBC Panorama and the Bureau of Investigative Journalism.
