Tawakkalna App surpasses 30 billion operations, with over 36.7 million users
RIYADH — The national comprehensive application Tawakkalna has processed more than 30 billion transactions since its launch in 2020, averaging 88 million operations daily.This is dubbed as a milestone in the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority's (SDAIA) efforts to accelerate the Kingdom's digital transformation.Official data showed the platform's registered users have exceeded 36.7 million, with more than 2.1 million daily active users accessing over 1,800 services integrated from 380 government, private, and non-profit entities.The app's digital wallet feature now hosts over 800 categories of official documents and digital identity cards, recording more than 3.6 billion views, while its notification system has delivered upwards of 2.1 billion communications.Developed by SDAIA to deliver a unified, paperless public-service ecosystem, Tawakkalna continues to expand its digital solutions across major mobile platforms to enhance service accessibility and improve quality of life.
