A man and a woman, both approximately 30 years old, were inside the car when it went into the river. A witness jumped into the water after the vehicle fell from the bridge and helped the occupants. Emergency services subsequently treated all three people at the scene. Prague Emergency Medical Service dispatched three ambulances, a medical inspector and a rapid response vehicle to the incident. All three were suffering from hypothermia but were not in life-threatening condition, according to emergency responders. “We are very grateful to the rescuer for their help,” Prague Emergency Medical Service said in a statement, confirming that all three people were in its care.
