ANC to appeal ruling ordering reinstatement of Andile Lungisa on candidate list
The ANC will appeal a Johannesburg High Court ruling that declared the removal of Andile Lungisa from its Nelson Mandela Bay candidate list unlawful and unconstitutional, after finding that secretary-general Fikile Mbalula had no authority to remove him unilaterally.
