Mogalakwena municipal manager in court over alleged R24 million contract fraud
Mogalakwena municipal manager Morris Maluleke appeared in the Mokopane Magistrates’ Court after his arrest over alleged fraud, corruption and irregular payments linked to a R24 million fleet contract.
