Prudential Bank secures GH¢1.13bn investment from Bloom Africa
Prudential Bank Limited has completed a GH¢1.13 billion strategic capital investment from Bloom Africa Holdings Ghana Limited (BAHGL), following regulatory approval from the Bank of Ghana. The investment is expected to strengthen the bank’s capital position beyond the regulatory minimum, increase its lending capacity and support its next phase of growth.
