Mogalakwena municipal manager to appear in court over R4 million fleet contract fraud
Mogalakwena’s municipal manager is expected in the Mokopane Magistrates’ Court on Friday after being arrested over alleged fraud and corruption linked to a fleet contract and a payment of R230,000 to a company he allegedly owns.
