Wandayi says Lamu refinery construction to start immediately after groundbreaking
Energy Cabinet Secretary Opiyo Wandayi announced that Kenya’s Sh2.23 trillion Lamu oil refinery will move straight from its groundbreaking ceremony to construction, aiming to stabilise fuel supply and cut prices.
