Esso kicks off second day of petrol price adjustments
Petrol prices in Singapore rose for a second consecutive day on Wednesday (Sept 30), with Esso kicking off the latest round of price adjustments.In a price board update posted at its stations on Wednesday afternoon, Chandra Asri-owned Esso announced a 5-cent increase across its petrol offerings while keeping its diesel price unchanged.This mirrors the adjustments posted by Shell and Caltex on Tuesday. Following the latest round of increments, the price of the more popular 95-octane petrol at the five major fuel companies now ranges from $3.48 at SPC, to $3.54 at Caltex, Esso and Shell.
