MTTD must intensify enforcement against unregulated drivers – NRSA
The Director-General of the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), Abraham Amaliba has called on the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) to intensify enforcement against commercial drivers operating outside recognised transport terminals and unions.
