Shadrack Sibiya says charges are ‘trumped up’ as disciplinary hearing looms
Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya has told the Randburg Magistrate's Court that the rape, sexual grooming and human trafficking charges against him are part of a broader attempt to remove him from the police service.
