Armenia’s Ombudsman says problems with Kocharyan’s prison conditions resolved
Armenia’s Ombudsman Anahit Manasyan has said that some of the problems concerning the detention conditions of former President Robert Kocharyan and former Finance Minister Gagik Khachatryan have been resolved.
