Roads Ministry threatens legal action against utility companies over excavation of completed roads
The Minister of Roads and Highways, Governs Kwame Agbodza, has threatened to take legal action against Ghana Water Limited, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), and telecommunications companies if they attempt to dig up completed roads to lay their service lines.
