More than 16,000 freshmen are beginning their higher education studies this year at Babes-Bolyai University (BBTE) in Cluj-Napoca (Kolozsvár), of whom nearly 2,200 are enrolled in Hungarian-language programs, Maszol.ro reported on Monday.
