60-year-old man arrested with hijacked Hilux at Mpumalanga toll plaza
A 60-year-old Mozambican national has been arrested after police recovered a Toyota Hilux allegedly hijacked in Nelspruit during a stop-and-search operation at the Nkomazi Toll Plaza in Mpumalanga.
