Sister, businessman join couple in R11 million deceased estates theft case
Three additional accused, including Charlotte Tibana’s sister, have joined a Limpopo case involving alleged fraud, theft and money laundering linked to 15 deceased estates. The State alleges about R11m was misappropriated.
