Advertised rents 9.3% higher than new leases
Average advertised rents per square metre were 9.3% higher last week than the average rent in new leases registered with the Housing and Construction Authority (HMS) in August, according to an analysis by the Icelandic Tenants’ Association based on more than 600 rental listings.
