Tinted vehicles could facilitate crime and endanger road users — ACP Alexander
ACP Alexander Obeng, Director of Research, Training and Education at MTTD of the Ghana Police Service, has cautioned motorists against using heavily tinted vehicle windows, warning that the practice could facilitate criminal activities and compromise public safety.
