Temperature falls below 21 deg C in Clementi amid heavy rain
Singapore residents got a reprieve from hot, humid and hazy weather on Sunday (Sept 27) as moderate to heavy thundery showers with gusty wind fell across many parts of Singapore since late morning.Temperatures dipped amid the wet weather, reaching a low of 20.8 deg C in the vicinity of Clementi Road, according to data from the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS).Elsewhere, temperatures across the island were below 24 deg C, with Scotts Road (22.3 deg C) and Kim Chuan Road (22.4 deg C) recording the next lowest temperatures.The lowest temperature officially recorded in Singapore was 19.4 deg C on Jan 30 and Jan 31, 1934.
