Heavy rain is expected over many areas of Singapore on Sunday (Sept 27) morning.In a heavy rain warning issued at 9.43am, the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS) said that moderate to heavy thundery showers with gusty wind are expected over many parts of Singapore between 11am to 12.30pm.Checks on the MSS's weather radar show rain clouds off the eastern, southern and western regions of Singapore.Singapore's national water agency, PUB, has announced on its Telegram channel that there is a risk of flash floods at the following areas:
